It acts as a facilitator in filing applications for obtaining information, pursue these applications and obtain the information desired by the public. The aim evolves from the perception that the masses in India are neither aware nor equipped to exercise their right to information. And, unless active steps are taken in this direction, the right shall become and remain a tool in the hands of a few and the powerful to meet their own needs. The broader objective of promoting efficiency and transparency in governance and checking corruption shall remain unfulfilled.

The GROUP: InfoRightsIndia is a group of like minded individuals having excelled in their respective fields. We are professionals having a vast experience and exposure of dealing with authorities and have acquired expertise in the Right to Information Act, 2005. We have a strong back up of advisors and experts from a variety of fields and are capable of handling any situation that may arise in any proceeding under the Right to Information Act.
